Built on an area of 15,000 $m^2$ in the Küçükbalıklı District with a 73-meter roof span, the indoor arena features an 8-lane track and a spectator capacity of 1,000 people.

The track length is 120 meters, including 6 racing lanes and 4 warm-up lanes.

Additionally, the facility includes physical spaces built to IAAF standards, such as referee rooms, conditioning and fitness halls for athletes, showers, a cafeteria, and a press room.
